A Poetic Manifesto
Always forgetting that the world is just a blue dot in the sky.
Hi everyone! This is a quick post as an extension of the newsletter, where I wanted to share the lyrics of a song I love but couldn't find an English translation to include. So, I took the liberty of creating this post with the translation!

Some wanting money, others wishing for my end
My childhood loves and mortal enemies
All the wild parties, all the funerals
All the dictators and sub-celebrities
Real impostors covering up truths
To protect an emptiness, a paper castle
Always forgetting that the world is just a blue dot in the sky
Who will listen to my prayer?
And how many will die by the end of this song?
And who will continue my procession?
Without ever giving up or succumbing to all this pressure?
In the dark, alone with my voice... for us, who? Who? Who?
Before, during, and after, untying the knots, huh? Huh? Huh?
Feeling imprisoned in the body, chains, blindfolds in sight
The guys don't warn, bullets don't soothe, girls and guys trip
And they need more, more vision, to have peace
Note that the spotlight and the addiction to it itself undo you
Less is more, and what follows is the haze
Where if you slip, the worms will follow you even in your shadow
Each with their own chaos
Their own private hell
Time, individual
And love, unpopular
Who will listen to my prayer?
And how many will die by the end of this song?
And who will continue my procession?
Without ever giving up or succumbing to all this pressure?
There's only one way to live forever, brother
And that is by sharing the wisdom acquired
And practising gratitude, always
It's for the world to understand that it's part of the whole
That's what the Manifesto talks about
Not being less or being more, but being part of nature, right
By going against this, we walk towards our own destruction.”
