#5 | when the inspiration hits... and anxiety too
Expanding the team and exploring new paths + the ephemerality of online life, Twitter's temporary data loss, AI prompt for creating titles, and some inspirations (:

Recently, I made a decision that redefines my trajectory: I invited the talented Bia to be the first person to join my team. With this choice, my role evolves from freelancer to someone who is genuinely building a business.
But I want to share this process with sincerity: this decision was a challenge and a HUGE source of anxiety. I was confronted with deep questions about the need for control and the obstacles of delegation, management, and responsibility. However, after intense days of reflection, numerous pros and cons lists that filled notebook pages, and meaningful conversations with loved ones, I found the courage needed to embrace this challenge.
This new stage represents a transformative test, an opportunity to explore my preferences and shape my projects with clarity. I discovered that understanding our preferences and passions is like following the right compass. And right now, I feel privileged to experience this journey. A journey that I am committed to undertaking.
Sometimes, it seems that current life is full of transitional phases, almost always laden with the weight of exhaustion. Experiencing this busy routine of capitalism, I realised that the relentless pursuit of productivity is not healthy. I understood that asking for help is an act of courage and recognising that the journey does not have to be traveled alone is liberating.
This is a reminder that our growth journey is collective, a journey where we learn from each other, finding inspiration in moments of achievement and strength in challenges.
I express deep gratitude to all who share this journey with me. The future holds challenges, but it also blesses us with opportunities for continuous learning and growth. Together, we will find the motivation necessary to face everything the future holds.

Social media and Creation: Twitter deleted files from 2014 and earlier...
Elon Musk, always surprising - not positively, is again in the headlines. This time, our well-known ex-Twitter, X, faces a worrying dilemma after a mysterious glitch deleted photos and links from posts before December 2014 (but it's back). Musk did not fail to point out the shortage of "big social networks" and reaffirmed his commitment to persist despite obstacles (as always promising...). The result of this problem was broken links in old posts, causing speculation about possible cost-cutting motivations behind this failure.
Even the most iconic selfies, such as Ellen DeGeneres's famous selfie at the 2014 Oscars, had been affected (checking now, they're back, yay, fortunately, they had a backup to save after so much complaining...). But all this generated even more debates about the future of my beloved former favourite social networks... RIP.
These events made me deeply reflect on the fragility of our digital presence. In the blink of an eye, part of our online memories and interactions can simply disappear, just as we witnessed with MySpace and other social networks that now reside only in memory. It is worth pondering the ephemerality of digital platforms and how rapid technological evolution can turn something that was once a significant part of our lives into something that no longer exists from one moment to the next.
In light of this, the question arises:
What can we do to preserve our digital history? How can we ensure that our memories and interactions are not lost amidst updates, glitches, and platform changes?
Technological evolution is inevitable, but reflection on how to take care of our online presence is crucial to ensure that our stories are not forgotten.
